This study aimed to evaluate the agronomic and market characteristics of peanut genotypes in the Northeast mesoregion of the state of Mato Grosso. The experiment was carried out in the agricultural year 2020/21 with sowing on November 5, 2020, at Fazenda Santo Antônio, located in the municipality of Santo Antônio do Leste-MT. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with four replications. The treatments were ten peanut genotypes, one cultivar: BRS 421 OL and eight lines: 1968 OL, 2091 OL, 1965 OL, 2259 OL, 2133 OL, 2010 OL, 1253 OL and 1973 OL, developed by the PMA from Embrapa. The plots were composed of two lines of three meters in length, spacing of 0.90 m, interval between plots of two meters and plot of 5.4 m2. Broken grains, mass of 100 grains, yield, pod yield and particle size were evaluated. Genotype yields did not differ from each other. Cultivar BRS 421 OL and lines 1973 OL, 2091 OL and 2010 OL presented the lowest percentages of broken grains. In addition, BRS 421 OL had the highest mass of 100 grains and pod yield. However, all other strains had productive levels above 5,500 kg.ha-1. There was a difference in the particle sizes in the different sieves, which could serve different market niches.
