The state of São Paulo has the largest national production of peanuts, mainly in the West and Northwest regions. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the agronomic characteristics of peanut genotypes in the region of Vale do Paranapanema, in the Southwest region of São Paulo. The experiment was carried out in the 2021/22 crop season, in the farm of Cerealista Fazenda Canaã, Piraju-SP. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with four replications. The treatments were five runner peanut genotypes, one cultivar (BRS 425 OL) and four lines (2010 OL, 2133 OL, 2055 OL and 2173 OL) developed by EMBRAPA. The plots consisted of two lines three meters long, with an interval of three meters between plots and spacing between lines of ninety centimeters, resulting in a plot of 5.4 m2, with an interval of two meters between blocks. The parameters evaluated were late leaf spot severity, kernel size(100-grain mass) and pod yield. There was variability of granulometry in the different sieves, being able to be directed to different market niches. Higher yields were observed in the genotypes 2010 OL (6.702,1 kg ha-1), 2133 OL (6.603,9 kg ha-1), BRS 425 OL (6.437,2 kg ha-1) and 2055 OL (6.019,7 kg ha-1). The cultivar BRS 425 OL and the line 2173 OL had the lowest severities.
