Abstract

This study analyzes transformations in pedagogical practices and learning processes associated with the integration of digital technologies in education. It is a bibliographic study with a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach, based on academic works, normative documents and institutional reports addressing digital culture, teacher education, digital competences, inclusion and educational innovation. The objective is to understand the main challenges faced by teachers and students and to discuss pedagogical possibilities arising from the presence of digital technologies in educational contexts. The analysis shows that technological innovation does not result from the mere availability of devices, since it depends on teacher education, pedagogical planning, infrastructure, mediation, student participation and access conditions. For teachers, the main challenges involve continuing education, resource selection, reorganization of teaching practices and assessment. For students, autonomy, time management, critical information literacy and ethical use of technologies are particularly relevant. The study concludes that digital culture can expand collaboration, authorship, accessibility and the diversification of teaching practices when technologies are integrated into clear educational purposes and policies committed to equity.
