POTENCIALIDADES E BARREIRAS DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL PARA A INCLUSÃO DE ESTUDANTES COM DEFICIÊNCIAS NO ENSINO SUPERIOR

Resumo

A inteligência artificial tem ampliado as possibilidades de acessibilidade e personalização no ensino superior, mas sua adoção pode também reproduzir desigualdades e criar novas barreiras para estudantes com deficiência. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as potencialidades, as barreiras e os riscos da inteligência artificial para a inclusão desse público no ensino superior. Realizou-se uma revisão sistemática de abordagem qualitativa, orientada pelo PRISMA 2020, em bases científicas nacionais e internacionais. Dos 846 registros identificados, 15 estudos compuseram o corpus, interpretado mediante análise de conteúdo temática de Bardin e triangulação das evidências. Os resultados indicaram que a inteligência artificial pode ampliar a acessibilidade comunicacional e informacional, personalizar conteúdos, apoiar a leitura, a escrita e a organização acadêmica, além de favorecer autonomia, participação e permanência. Em contrapartida, foram identificadas barreiras relacionadas a custos, infraestrutura, incompatibilidade com tecnologias assistivas, desigualdade digital e formação insuficiente. Também se destacaram riscos referentes a vieses algorítmicos, imprecisão das respostas, exposição de dados sensíveis e dependência tecnológica. Conclui-se que o potencial inclusivo da inteligência artificial depende de acessibilidade desde a concepção, formação docente, governança institucional, supervisão humana e participação efetiva dos estudantes com deficiência.
